This works on Vista 32 bit and all flavours of Windows 7. Worth knowing.

Just in case the guidance disappears I'll repeat it very briefly here;
 
 Create a folder in Windows and rename it to be GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
 
It will change to have a control panel like icon, and will contain a large amount of configuration options that you usually have to hunt around for. 
 
Please note the warning that this may cause crashes in 64 bit Vista.
